A one, two, or three bedroom location with a private bedroom, and either a private or shared kitchen, living area, and bathrooms. The primary difference in the one, two or three bedroom locations is the monthly cost.
Our service agreement is month-to-month requiring only 30-days written notice to cancel so there is no long-term commitment required. There are also no large up-front deposits.
In the flat monthly fee we include housing, and utilities.
The flat monthly fee also includes a biweekly laundry service.
